Baseball Gym

  1. Bierman’s Baseball Dojo LLC is not responsible for any injuries incurred while using the facility.
  2. All sales are final. There will be no refunds of any kind.
  3. All participants must have a signed membership agreement and/or release form on file at the facility
  4. Participants under the age of 18 must have their membership agreement and/or release forms signed by a legal parent or guardian.
  5. All participants must sign in and/or scan their barcode prior to entering the facility.
  6. Parents, family members and friends must stay in the clubhouse or on the black mats near the front desk. There will be NO parents allowed onto the turfed area.
  7. All batters must wear helmets at all times. Adult coaches within the cages must remain behind protective ‘L’ screens during live pitching, or use of pitching machines. Catchers in the cages must wear full protective gear.
  8. There will be no practice swings or swinging of bats allowed outside the cages at any time unless a staff member has permitted you to do so.
  9. All individuals must remain 3’0” away from suspended netting at all times.
  10. Absolutely no running or horseplay within facility. This is a serious training facility. Take the horseplay somewhere else.
  11. ONLY trainers, coaches and authorized adults are allowed to operate the pitching machines. No balls will be pitched or loaded into pitching machines while balls are being retrieved. Pitching machines will be disabled while the balls are being retrieved.
  12. Protective netting shall never be pulled back in any way unless authorized by a staff member
  13. Please assure that all baseballs are picked up and placed in their proper containers before returning to your current activity or beginning a new one.
  14. Leave the cages and weight room clean for the next person or group.
  15. Practicing teams have the right to “closed” batting cage sessions and may politely request spectators not associated with their respective teams to leave the cage area.
  16. The use of any cage by teams or individuals must be scheduled by the Owner or General Manager, prior to use.
  17. Absolutely no unauthorized persons shall enter the cage area.
  18. Immediately notify an on duty staff member regarding any equipment, safety hazards or unsafe conditions that may exist.
  19. **ANY VIOLATION OF THESE RULES WILL RESULT IN THE PARTICIPANT’S IMMEDIATE EJECTION FROM THE FACILITY AND MAY ALSO RESULT IN THE LONG-TERM LOSS OF FACILITY PRIVILEGES**
