Team Training

12 Weeks – 90 Minute Sessions – 8 Player Minimum – $300/player

Week 1

  • Learn proper mechanics and movement patterns 
  • Hitting, pitching, throwing, defense
    • Video analysis will be provided for all players
  • Speed & agility, arm-care and/or strength & conditioning
 

Week 2

  • Implementation of proper mechanics and movement patterns
    • Hitting, pitching, defense
  • Speed & agility, arm-care and/or strength & conditioning

Week 3

  • Learn mental approaches and theory
    • Hitting, pitching, fielding, base running
  • Learn how to gain competitive advantages
    • Hitting, pitching, fielding, base running
  • Speed & agility, arm-care and/or strength & conditioning

Week 4

  • Implementation of mental approaches and theory
    • Hitting, pitching, fielding, base running
  • Implementation of gaining competitive advantages
    • Hitting, pitching, fielding, base running
  • Speed & agility, arm-care and/or strength & conditioning

Week 5

  • Repetitions and implementation
    • Implement and maximize repetitions of everything learned the first four weeks
  • Speed & Agility arm-care and/or strength & conditioning

Week 6

  • Begin implementation into live game situations
    • live batting practice (pitchers vs. hitters)
      • all pitchers will start building up for the season (1 inning or 25 pitches)
  • Hitting and defensive repetitions
  • Speed & agility, arm-care and/or strength & conditioning

Week 7

  • Continue buildup for the season
    • live batting practice (pitchers vs. hitters)
      • all pitchers will begin buildup (2 innings or 35 pitches)
  • Hitting and defensive repetitions
  • Speed & agility, arm-care and/or strength & conditioning

Week 8

  • Begin live batting practice game (players will be split into two team for the next 4 weeks)
    • All pitchers will continue buildup (3 innings or 45 pitches)
  • Hitting and defensive repetitions
  • Speed & agility, arm-care and/or strength & conditioning

Week 9, 10, 11 & 12

  • Continue live batting practice game
  • Hitting and defensive repetitions
  • Speed & agility, arm-care and/or strength & conditioning
  • Last Session Only
    • Hand out prizes to winning team and review what we have learned
    • Send coaches home with information for continued development
